44/365+1:The Rain In My Heart

Il pleure dans mon coeur
Comme il pleut sur la ville,
Quelle est cette langueur
Qui pénètre mon coeur ?

O bruit doux de la pluie
Par terre et sur les toits ?
Pour un coeur qui s'ennuie,
O le chant de la pluie !

Il pleure sans raison
Dans ce coeur qui s'écoeure.
Quoi ? nulle trahison ?
Ce deuil est sans raison.

C'est bien la pire peine
De ne savoir pourquoi,
Sans amour et sans haine,
Mon coeur a tant de peine ?

I had to use google to translate but the poem and picture go so well together...

I'm sorry things are so hard for you and your family right now. You're in my prayers.

The poem goes so beautifully with the photo.

Sorrow is the perfect word.

I am so sorry that word fits.

I followed Hypatia's lead and let Google translate for me. Again, I'm thinking of y'all and wishing for good things.

Funny that we both posted photos and poems today, no? Mine was technically yesterday's picture, I guess...

Let's all huddle together a little and share our umbrellas.
The picture is well done.

((( YT ))) was thinking of you this morning, and could not think of what to say before i left for an appointment.

at the train station, i saw a boy we have known forever. he is 19 now, and looks good -- he was off to work or college, not sure which today.

4 years ago, he ran away for 5 weeks. i was thinking especially of him when YD was missing, because that was so frightening. it was a bumpy road back, but he had the advantage YD does: caring parents who did what it took.

xoxoxo

*hugs* and prayers from here as well. I hope the sun peeks through the rain in your heart sooner rather than later.
